Climbing Injury Prevention Clinic

Outdoor Research Retail Store

Join us as we welcome back Liam Bowler for a continuation of our injury prevention series, for climbers–March 8th at 7:00 p.m.

Liam says of his upcoming clinic, “Whether you’re a novice boulderer or a wily old trad veteran, what matters is that you’re interested in what’s going on inside your body.”

We tend to agree– if you’ve never had a climbing-related injury, congrats; this is a great time to learn how to stay accident-free. For the rest of us, this clinic will focus on how our musculoskeletal system works and how to keep it running in “tip top shape.”

Liam, a licensed massage therapist, will lead an interactive evening of functional anatomy and injury prevention exercises. Special attention will be given to those muscle groups that take a beating when you’re really sending it.

Clinic is free but space is limited. Please call to reserve your spot: 206.971.1496.
