If you’re a road rider and ride the south end of Lake Washington read this post and share it with others!  Please.

The bridge over the river to go from Perimeter Rd W to N 6th St within the Renton Municipal Airport is privately owned by Boeing and they have closed it to the public.  I was turned back by Boeing security and today I was told they have been issuing tickets to those who trespass.

They put up a sign for those head north around the lake but there is no sign if your going clockwise around the lake on 6th.

So if you’re heading north on Perimeter Rd W along the airport you’ll want to take the hard right where the “Bike Route” sign is leading you to Logan Ave N.  This will bring you right back to N 6th St.

If you’re headed southbound just don’t turn right at N 6th St and continue on Logan Ave N. Once you go over the river take a right, this will bring you back to Perimeter Rd W.
