Participants are fit and aspire to a strong sport or competitive skiing level. Purpose Provide local, early season warmup intensive to kick-start your season laying a great foundation to get the most our of other regional camps. Mission Build a XC community in the Puget Sound from our friends on up. Lodging TBA

Lodging

We are looking to low-cost options for lodging and are considering the Washington Alpine Club Cabin which we estimate would be $15 night. Friday is an optional day.

Ski Terrain

Snoqualmie Nordic Trails (for Intermediate and Advanced) and the Iron Horse Trail (mainly for Beginners).

Trail Fee

We are negotiating a group discount at this time.

Work for Play

This is a community-building effort that relies help organizing, and implementing our clinic, or are are an advanced skier interested in teaching at the Clinic, email Doug at dougmxc@gmail.com. For those of you interested to teach, I offer an Instructor Day clinic as soon as the snow flies :).

Scholarships

No one should be prevented from attending because of the cost. If cost is REALLY an issue (student, unemployed, etc.) register under the scholarship category. If $75 is still too much, email me at dougmxc@gmail.com

Childcare

No one should be prevented from attending because of childcare needs. Register your child in the category Kid Care and send me an email at dougmxc@gmail.com. I am requesting $40 child for the two days ($20/day) as a guess for the cost. We are looking into a parallel Kid Ski Camp to be run through the Nordic Center as an alternative.
