Howe St. Stairs, 8/24

Tonight was the first night at the stairs in two weeks and the start of my taper so I only did 12 sets for 3264 steps.  No weight tonight either.

The night went like this:

Walk, Walk, Single, Double, Single, Double, Walk, Single, Double, Single, Walk, Walk

I love how my Garmin thinks I only burned 156 calories during this workout.  Please!
