My Favorite Links 7/9

Every Friday I will post a list of links to people, companies, gear, or trails I think are great. Feel free to check them out and if you find something you like let them know who sent you.

Superfeet – Their inserts are the pillars on which I stand. Iíve been using them since my Appalachian Trail hike in 2001. They give the perfect amount of support and cushioning I need no matter what activity Iím doing. The best part is they make on for every type of shoe, so you never have to go without comfortable feet.

ULA Equipment ó You need a pack, look no further. Brian and the gang over at ULA make some of the best ultralite packs out there. They donít stop there though, they also make other items you canít find anywhere else. Brian is always tweaking and redesigning his products so you know your getting the best. I personally own 3 different packs from him.

Nuun ó Hydration is more than water and that is where nuun comes in. nuun has the perfect blend of electrolytes and taste to keep you hydrated. With 6 flavors there is one for everyone. Donít waste the water you carry, make your water count with nuun.

Outdoor Research ó Seattle based OR is one of my favorite companies. Not only do they make some kick ass gear, their company store in Sodo carriers all the top lines for any outdoor adventure. Whatís great about OR is they have a great blend of technical clothes as well as casual clothes. You could fill your wardrobe in one stop at OR.

Quadrathon – This blog is great! Stuart writes about everything from his running to cycling and swimming as cross training to how he trains, he puts up his training stats, has incredible reviews, and he has great articles about fitness. His pod cast though old is a good listen too.

Get out there!
